User's stateThe on-send add-ins will run during send if the user is online. User mailbox with on-send add-in feature/policy enabled, add-ins that support on-send are installed and enabled and offline mode is enabledOn-send add-ins will run according to the online state of the user, the add-in backend, and Exchange.
